实验以CO2加富条件下高温高湿为处理,以常温下正常管理为对照,通过对其根系细胞膜透性和解剖学组织结构观察等指标进行了研究,探讨了CO2加富条件下高温高湿对温室黄瓜根系生长影响的生理机制。研究结果表明:CO2加富条件下高温高湿对温室黄瓜根系细胞膜透性没有显著影响;CO2加富条件下高温高湿促进了温室黄瓜根系细胞组织导管及分生组织发达,细胞个体增大,细胞壁变薄,吸收能力增强。
The experiment was conducted under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity under the condition of CO2 enrichment and normal control at normal temperature as the control.
