由于没有提供丰富的背景信息,很多关于组织变革的理论和研究产生了一些混淆。这篇文章试图扭转这种局面,它用不同的圆圈建立了一个广泛的组织变革框架,这些圆圈包括:用同心圆代表变革的内容和层次,用圆周代表变革的手段和过程,用切线代表变革的事件和阶段, 用螺旋线代表变革的顺序和模式。作者最后还总结出了主要的世界性宗教经历过的三种变革模式,并把这三种模式分别命名为包围式、克隆式和根除式,从而丰富了这个变革框架。
Because there is no rich background information, many of the theories and research on organizational change have created some confusion. This article attempts to reverse this situation. It uses a different circle to establish a broad framework for organizational change. These circles include concentric circles to represent the content and levels of change, circles to represent the means and processes of change, and tangents to represent change. Events and phases, with spirals representing the order and pattern of change. In the end, the author also summarized three major transformation modes experienced by the major world religions and named these three modes as bracketing, cloning, and eradicating, thereby enriching the framework for this transformation.
