脑卒中后抑郁症是脑卒中常见的并发症之一,其发生率占脑卒中患者的25%～60%,严重影响患者的生活质量和身心健康。2008年1月-2010年12月,我们采用康复治疗与心理干预的方法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症66例,效果较满意。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况66例中,男59例,女7例;年龄65～81岁,平均73岁。病程平均6.2个月。本组病例均符
