According to a recent report by the Times of India, a new study published in Nutrition Evaluation magazine in the United States found that eating nuts reduced the risk of developing certain types of cancer but did not reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. In the new study, Wu Lang, a researcher at the Mayo Clinic in the United States, and a team of scientists from the Mayo Clinic and the University of Minnesota conducted a systematic review of 36 observational studies on the prevention of nut diseases involving 30,708 patients. The results showed that eating nuts and reducing the incidence of cancer between the deposit
