对苦皮藤素 引起粘虫失水的作用机理进行了初步研究。结果表明 :中毒试虫经消化道流失的液体与对照试虫血淋巴中蛋白质含量无显著差异 ,但比对照试虫肠液中蛋白质含量高 47.97%。认为 ,试虫经消化道丧失的液体主要为昆虫的血淋巴 ;试虫经苦皮藤素 处理后 ,抽搐期中肠 Na+ / K+ - ATP酶活性与对照无显著差异 ,而失水期酶活性升高了 10 .0 7% ,并且苦皮藤素 引起中毒试虫中肠环腺苷酸 (c AMP)的含量显著升高
The primary mechanism of celangulin in causing water loss of armyworm was studied.
