关于运动中枢疲劳的研究,近年来主要集中于对不同运动干预方式对大脑神经递质浓度和受体表达的效果,因而,对运动疲劳发生时进行研究,能获得大脑中枢神经系统兴奋状态和抑制状况的规律和成因。进而参照中枢、外周信号系统的状态,进一步纵深探讨运动中枢疲劳发生发展的机理,并进一步采用分析、监测与评价指标来导向性研究运动中枢疲劳,研判和加速体能恢复和高效延缓运动疲劳的方式方法,将会是今后运动科学领域研究的重要问题之一。
