根据苏联函授教育的先进经验,整个函授教学的组织过程分为两个,即平时的分散自学与假期的集中讲习。在平时,主要是函授生各在自己的工作岗位利用业余时间自学教材,教师予以书面指导;一到假期,就举办讲习会,集中函授生予以当面指导。我国各地函校在举办假期讲习会中,一般是以一部分时间指导复习、进行考试;一部分时间指导学习新课,为下学期函授生自学教材打下基础,也可以重点讲授,揭示新课的重点与难点,而这种讲授,主要是帮助函授生掌握自学方法,仍然是为平时自学服务的。对于需要实验的学科,在讲习会中还要进行实验与实习等。
According to the advanced experience of the Soviet correspondence education, the entire organization of the correspondence teaching process is divided into two, that is, the usual scattered self-study and holiday focused class. For subjects that require experimentation, experiments and internships are also required during the workshop.
