目的:以药理评价为导向,分离香茶菜中具有免疫活性的部位。方法:以有丝分裂原伴刀豆蛋白A(Co-nA)活化小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞,采用噻唑盐(MTT)实验方法,体外检测香茶菜提取物对淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响,筛选具有免疫活性的有效部位。结果:香茶菜具有免疫增强作用的部位是FA、FC;而FB和FD则在不同浓度下有增强与抑制的不同作用。从FB中进一步分离得到的FB-1和FB-2以免疫增强作用为主,而FB-3和FB-4则以免疫抑制作用为主。结论:香茶菜中含有免疫活性成分。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate the immunologically active parts of the scented tea vegetables by pharmacological evaluation. METHODS: Mouse spleen T lymphocytes were activated with mitogen-concanavalin A (Co-nA), and the effect of the extracts of Agrocybe on proliferation of lymphocytes was tested in vitro using thiazolyl salt (MTT) method. The active site of activity. RESULTS: The sites with immunopotentiating effect of CAI were FA and FC, while FB and FD had different effects of enhancing and inhibiting at different concentrations. The further isolation of FB-1 and FB-2 from FB was dominated by immunopotentiation, while FB-3 and FB-4 were mainly immunosuppressive. Conclusion: Condi-caucai contains immunologically active ingredients.
