目的探讨p27kipl和MMP-9在大肠癌中的表达、相关性及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测216例大肠癌组织中p27kipl和MMP-9的表达,并分析他们的相关性。结果p27kipl阳性表达率为76.9%(166/216),低表达率为65.3%(141/216);核质p27kipl共表达73例。MMP-9阳性表达率为76.9%(166/216),高表达率为65.3%(141/216)。p27kipl和MMP-9表达与大肠癌的分化程度、Dukes分期、生存期、淋巴结转移和器官转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论p27kipl低表达和MMP-9高表达在大肠癌的进展中发挥重要作用,检测p27kipl和MMP-9的表达可能成为判断大肠癌侵袭、转移及预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression, correlation and significance of p27kipl and MMP-9 in colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p27kipl and MMP-9 in 216 cases of colorectal carcinoma and their correlation was analyzed. Results The positive rate of p27kipl expression was 76.9% (166/216) and the low expression rate was 65.3% (141/216). The nuclear p27kipl protein was co-expressed in 73 cases. The positive rate of MMP-9 expression was 76.9% (166/216) and the high expression rate was 65.3% (141/216). The expressions of p27kipl and MMP-9 were closely related to the differentiation degree, Dukes stage, survival stage, lymph node metastasis and organ metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion Low expression of p27kipl and high expression of MMP-9 play an important role in the progression of colorectal cancer. Detecting the expression of p27kipl and MMP-9 may be an indicator of invasion, metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
