1 西咪替丁有人用本品治疗流行性腮腺炎患儿10例,剂量30mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),分3次服,结果3～5d内全部治愈,疗效优于聚肌胞和板蓝根对照组。机理与本品有抗病毒和增强细胞免疲,促进病毒感染恢复有关。2 赛庚啶H_1拮抗剂扑尔敏合用H_2拮抗剂甲氰咪胍治疗流腮有良效,赛庚啶的H_1 拮抗作用比扑尔敏强5倍之多.文献报道用本品4～12mg·d~(-1)(随年龄调整)和甲氰咪胍20mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),分次口服,共～7d,治疗9例急性期患儿,8例痊愈,平均退热时间及腮腺消肿时间均明显优于病毒灵、板蓝根加外敷中药者。
