在转矩控制的基础上,对电控转子泵控制措施进行分析,并提出新的控制策略。该项控制策略主要是在转矩基础上,控制发动机的定时喷油和喷油量,进而促使整个控制方法具备良好的匹配功能和外展性。在经过相应的整机性能和排放性能试验之后,结果表明其与欧Ⅲ排放标准相符合。通过本次研究,以期能够为相关研究者提供参考。
Based on the torque control, the control measures of the electronically controlled rotor pump are analyzed and a new control strategy is proposed. The control strategy is based on the torque control of the engine timing injection and fuel injection, and then promote the entire control method with good matching function and abduction. After the corresponding complete machine performance and emission performance test, the results show that it meets the Euro Ⅲ emission standards. Through this study, with a view to provide relevant reference for researchers.
