故事疗法是目前受到广泛关注的后现代心理治疗方式,它摆脱了传统意义上将人看作为问题的治疗观念,透过“故事叙说”、“问题外化”、“由薄到厚”等方法,使人变得更自主、更有动力。以往对故事疗法的研究多从理论的角度阐述其在学校德育领域应用的可能性和必要性,在实践操作层面的探索较少。笔者认为,恰当灵活地运用文学式语言、故事,以事喻人、以情动人,符合高中生的心理发展特点,能够有效促进学生心理知识的内化、情绪情感的体验和调节以及意志力的训练,可以用来创造性地开展高三学生心理辅
