针对煤矿井下干喷作业出现大量粉尘和喷浆料在受喷面易掉落的问题,设计并研发了PQ-00双进水混合喷枪。分别从工作原理、结构设计和参数设计等3个方面对该喷枪进行了分析设计。通过干喷料与水前后2次充分混合,既保证了干喷的速度,使喷浆料更易于凝结在受喷面上;又使得喷浆料变得潮湿,降低了粉尘浓度,改善了喷浆作业环境。
Aiming at the problem that a large amount of dust and sprayed slurry in dry-jet operation in coal mines are easy to fall on the sprayed surface, PQ-00 double-inlet mixed spray gun is designed and developed. The spray gun was analyzed and designed from three aspects of working principle, structure design and parameter design respectively. By dry spray before and after the water 2 times fully mixed, both to ensure the speed of dry spray, spray slurry more easily condensed in the sprayed surface; also makes the spray slurry becomes wet, reducing the dust concentration and improve the spray Pulp work environment.
