目的比较变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠模型制作过程中鼻腔不同激发方式的效果,探索较优的激发方式。方法 32只SD大鼠随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组各8只,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别采用卵白蛋白(OVA)滴鼻、OVA雾化、OVA鼻腔强化激发(滴鼻+雾化),Ⅳ组为生理盐水对照(空白组)。采用症状评分及鼻黏膜HE染色镜下观察的方式,比较其制作AR大鼠模型的效果。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组症状评分均数均大于5,与Ⅳ组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ组优于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组效果相当(P>0.05)。结论制作AR大鼠模型时,在低剂量佐剂,长时间基础致敏的基础上,采用鼻腔强化激发的方式激发,其效果明显优于单用一种方式激发。
Objective To compare the effects of different nasal nasal stimulation modes in the process of rat model of allergic rhinitis (AR) and to explore the optimal excitation mode. Methods Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ. Groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were intranasally administrated ovalbumin (OVA), OVA nebulized, (Nasal drip + atomization), Ⅳ group as saline control (blank group). Symptomatic score and nasal mucosa HE staining were used to observe the effect of AR rat model. Results The scores of symptom scores in group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were all higher than 5, which were significantly higher than those in group Ⅳ (P <0.05), and those in group Ⅲ were better than those in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.05 ). Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ have the same effect (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: AR-induced rat models are stimulated by nasal boost with low-dose adjuvant and long-term basic sensitization, which is obviously better than single-mode stimulation.
