本文针对机制砂高性能混凝土的耐久性问题,通过试验配备了不同机制砂掺量的混凝土,测试了不同龄期混凝土的电通量与不同碳化龄期下混凝土的碳化深度值,分析了机制砂混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能和抗碳化性能。分析结果表明,掺加机制砂可以有效降低混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,且不影响混凝土的抗碳化性能,机制砂完全可以替代天然砂配制出符合要求的混凝土。
In this paper, for the durability of high performance concrete with mechanism sand, concrete with different amount of sand was prepared by testing. The electric flux of different age concrete and the carbonation depth of concrete under different carbonation age were tested. Chloride ion permeability and carbonation resistance of concrete. The results show that the incorporation of sand can effectively reduce the chloride ion permeability of concrete, and does not affect the carbonation resistance of concrete, sand can completely replace the natural sand prepared to meet the requirements of concrete.
