~(99m)锝-甲溴苯宁(~(99m)Tc-mebrofenin)为一较新的放射性肝胆显像药物。本文通过动物实验和临床试用,证明其毒性小,使用安全,肝胆特异性高。与其他同类肝胆显像剂相比较,静脉注射~(99m)锝-甲溴苯宁后更为迅速地被肝脏摄取、分泌并经由胆道系统排入肠道;它与胆红素的竞争能力更强,肝脏通过时间短,胆汁中分泌量多且泌尿系排出量小,因而肝、胆影像清晰且能应用于高胆红素血症病例。本组病例血清胆红素最高达28mg%,临床试用结果满意。~(99m)锝-甲溴苯宁是较为理想的放射性肝胆显像剂,值得在临床推广使用。
