公安执法工作是维护城市和社会和谐稳定的重要环节,目前公安执法活动日益面临着风险防控和人权保障问题的新挑战。公安机关在执法工作时,应重点把握两者之间的利害关系,并且做到保持平衡。本文旨在分析公安执法工作的风险防控与人权保障的关系,以此为基点保障公安机关的公信力,树立党和政府在人民群众之间的威望。 Public security law enforcement is an important link in safeguarding the harmony between the city and society. At present, law enforcement activities in public security are increasingly faced with new challenges of risk prevention and control and protection of human rights. When performing their law enforcement work, the public security organ should focus on the relationship between the two and maintain a balance. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the risk prevention and control and the protection of human rights in public security and law enforcement work.
