我矿三层煤属于地压大难管理的煤层。煤厚2.54~5米。伪顶为0.5~0.8米的泥质页岩,其上为厚1~1.5米的砂页岩。老顶为厚13米的砂岩。一般情况下,工作面从回采开始到结束,走向长200米的上下顺槽需翻修2~4次。使用综采设备后,上下顺槽断面均需6米~2以上,比原来巷道断面增大40%,特别是开切眼要求宽4.8米,净高2.5米,更难于维护。经试验,在顶板采用倒楔式金属锚杆(直径16毫米,长1.6~1.9米,间距700~800毫米)、煤邦用楔缝式木锚杆(直径35毫米,长1.6米,间距650~700毫米)支护,取得了良好的效果。开切眼的锚杆布置见图。目前,采区上下顺槽均用光面爆破和锚
