汉江又称汉水、沔水、沧浪水、湖北称襄河等,是长江一大支流,全长1577公里,流域面积15900D平方公里,占长江流域面积8.79%。汉江自陕西进入湖北,由西北向东南流至汉口入长江。丹江口至钟祥皇庄为中游,钟祥皇庄以下为下游。汉水滋润着美丽富饶的江汉平原,为江汉平原的农业生产创造了极为有利的条件。历来人们都是从荆江角度研究江汉平原的发展,本文试图从汉江的水患分析来探讨汉江势态变化与江汉平原水利格局的形成。

Traditionally, people have been studying the development of the Jianghan Plain from the perspective of the Jingjiang River. This paper attempts to explore the change of the state of the Han River and the formation of the pattern of water conservancy in the Jianghan Plain from the analysis of flooding in the Han River.
