利用林间生测技术,比较了自主合成的与国外引进的重齿小蠹聚集信息素的诱捕效果,并应用自主合成的信息素进行了发生期监测和大量诱杀防治的试验。结果表明:国内与国外信息素对重齿小蠹的诱捕效果无显著差异;国内释放介质对重齿小蠹的诱捕效果比国外的好。利用国内诱芯对重齿小蠹成虫发生动态进行监测,明确了成虫扬飞的始、盛和末期以及成虫的持续期。国内信息素诱捕器的诱杀防治效果显著,2块样地防治前和防治后小蠹总致死木数量平均下降了62.07%。国内诱芯可以取代国外引进的诱芯,并可应用于重齿小蠹的综合治理。
The techniques of forest bioassay were used to compare the trapping effects of independently assembled pheromone traps with those imported from abroad. The pheromone was used to monitor the occurrence period and to control a large number of traps. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the trapping effect of pheromone domesticus and pheromone on the beetles. The use of domestic induced core Beetle adults dynamics monitoring, clear the beginning of Yang Fei Sheng, Sheng and the end and adult duration. The domestic pheromone traps had a significant effect of trapping and killing. The total number of dead woods in the two plots before and after the control decreased by an average of 62.07%. Domestic induced core can replace imported foreign induced entrapment, and can be applied to the comprehensive management of beetles.
