采用原位反应液相线铸造法制备Al2O3(P)/Al-Cu复合材料,并对反应进行了热力学分析。结果表明,熔体温度升高时,反应的诱导时间缩短;适量的引发剂能使反应诱导时间缩短;加大稀释剂量,反应诱导时间延长;原位Al2O3颗粒对该复合材料组织有细化和均匀化作用,当原位Al2O3颗粒含量达到5.3%时可得到细小均匀的蔷薇状组织;原位反应液相线铸造Al2O3(P)/Al-Cu复合材料的抗拉强度是纯铝的近2倍,但伸长率降低。
Al2O3 (P) / Al-Cu composites were prepared by in-situ reactive casting and the thermodynamics of the reaction was also investigated. The results showed that when the melt temperature was increased, the induction time of the reaction was shortened. The appropriate amount of initiator shortened the induction time; the dosage of diluent was increased and the induction time was prolonged; Homogenization results show that when the content of in-situ Al2O3 particles reaches 5.3%, fine and uniform rose-like structure can be obtained. The tensile strength of Al2O3 (P) / Al-Cu composite cast by in- Times, but the elongation decreased.
