1994年暮春,广州石牌。笔者沿着花木掩映的路径去拜访唐代望教授。唐教授是湖南衡阳人,现任广东行政学院副院长,港报称他为“中国行政管理学的执牛耳者。” 敲开唐教授的家门,唐教授正结束了一篇参加全国性研讨会的论文写作。他见家乡来了客人,宽厚诚笃的脸庞上绽满了笑容,忙热情地给我们让座沏茶。 唐教授迄今已编著、合著、主编出版了20本专著,在国内外报刊发表80余篇 Late spring of 1994, Guangzhou Shipai.
