一、引言据文献资料介绍,进入七十年代后,在中速和低速重载齿轮中,国外很多工厂和科研设计单位在发展硬齿面技术以提高齿轮的承载能力的同时,很重视研究推广称之为“Skiving”的超硬加工工艺,采用具有足够抗弯强度和很高硬度的硬质合金刀具对淬硬后的轮齿进行现加工。目前发表的齿轮强度公式.对硬齿面齿轮,其许用接触应力的计算,是以齿轮接触表面蚀度作为基准的,并往往以轮齿表面硬度的倍数为依据。
