为了更好地实施食品污染物监测计划 ,确保污染物监测数据的准确性和可靠性 ,我们采用盲样考核的形式 ,于 2 0 0 0年和 2 0 0 1年分别组织全国 10个省级实验室进行了金属污染物的实验室分析质量控制。质控结果 :砷和镉各有 1个实验室的测定值在 3倍标准差之外 ,判定为离群值 ;有3个实验室汞的测定结果落在标准值范围内 ,其余均高于标准值 ,说明汞的测定存在较大的系统误差 ;2 0 0 0年铅的测定结果变异较大 ,通过分析原因 2 0 0 1年重新进行了铅的测定 ,分析结果有明显改善 ,有 6个实验室测定结果落在标准值范围内 ,所有实验室的测定结果均在 3倍标准差范围内。
