本文用人-鼠杂交技术获得一株稳定分泌人单抗的人-鼠杂交瘤HMG-1,并对其有关特性进行了研究。 取自一例胃腺癌患者引流区淋巴结分离的淋巴细胞与NS-1融合。获得一株分泌人IgM杂交瘤,经三次克隆化,迄今体外连续培养已近8个月仍继续稳定
In this paper, a human-mouse hybridoma HMG-1 stably secreting human monoclonal antibody was obtained by human-murine hybridization technique, and its related characteristics were studied. Lymphocytes isolated from draining lymph nodes from patients with gastric adenocarcinoma were fused with NS-1. Obtained a secretory human IgM hybridoma and cloned three times. It has been continuously stable in vitro for nearly 8 months in vitro.
