分别采用等代梁与虚梁两种模型对北京当代MOMA工程异形板无梁楼盖体系进行了整体分析。通过结构自振周期、层间位移、楼板刚度以及配筋量等指标的对比,总结了高层结构异形板无梁楼盖体系的受力特点,给出了异形板无梁楼盖的合理计算模式。并针对楼板开有较大洞口的实际情况,采用SATWE复杂楼板有限元及ETABS分析程序,对异形板无梁楼盖的挠度、配筋及冲切进行了详细的补充计算,给出了该类楼盖体系的实用设计方法和局部补强措施,供类似工程参考。
The two models of equivalent beam and virtual beam are respectively used to analyze the non-beam floor system of special-shaped slabs of contemporary Beijing MOMA project. Based on the comparison of natural vibration period, interlayer displacement, floor stiffness and reinforcement, the stress characteristics of the non-beam floor system with profiled high-rise structures are summarized and the reasonable calculation mode . According to the actual situation that there is a large hole in the floor, SATWE complex floor finite element method and ETABS analysis program are used to calculate the deflection, Practical design of floor system and local reinforcement measures for similar projects for reference.
