为了研究黑洋葱有效成分对高血糖模型小鼠降血糖的作用,试验采用整头洋葱为原料,发酵获得黑洋葱,以腹腔注射生理盐水为对照,通过四氧嘧啶诱发小鼠糖尿病的试验验证黑洋葱有效成分的降血糖作用,并与黑洋葱汁的降血糖作用进行对比。结果表明:黑洋葱粗多糖和黑洋葱汁均能有效对抗四氧嘧啶诱发小鼠的高血糖,其中黑洋葱粗多糖的效果较黑洋葱汁更明显。说明黑洋葱粗多糖对四氧嘧啶致高血糖模型小鼠有降血糖作用。
