由于历史原因造成的国有企业福利补贴现象,已对国有企业在诸如成本控制、资金管理、人员结构等方面产生了不利影响。企业应在正视上述问题的同时,采取相应的措施加以防范。
The welfare subsidy of state-owned enterprises caused by historical reasons has adversely affected state-owned enterprises in areas such as cost control, fund management and personnel structure. Enterprises should address these issues at the same time, take appropriate measures to prevent.
