结合半导体激光器的工作特性和大气无线激光通信编码技术,设计了一种低功耗、便携式通信用大功率脉冲半导体激光器驱动电源,该电源采用脉冲半导体激光器作为通信光源,以C8051F为控制芯片、CPLD为RS信道编码芯片实现信息在激光载体上的高速率大气传输。给出电源硬件设计方法。通过参数仿真与实验验证,该激光器电源具有通信频率可调、输出功率可调、操作方便、性能稳定等优点。
