本文对34例原发性普通型骨肉瘤进行流式细胞分析。结果表明,骨肉瘤异倍体发生率为97.6%,S、G2M期细胞数目增加,并出现DNA双干系细胞群,客观地反映了肿瘤的生物学行为。本组骨肉瘤各组织学类型间DI均值差异不明显。DI值随组织学分级的提高依次递增,但未显示出统计学意义。对骨肉瘤细胞进行DNA倍体分析,能客观地反映肿瘤的生物学行为,为临床治疗及判断预后提供重要生物学信息。
In this paper, 34 cases of primary common osteosarcoma were analyzed by flow cytometry. The results showed that the incidence of aneuploidy in osteosarcoma was 97.6%, the number of cells in S and G2M phase increased, and there was a double-stranded cell population of DNA, which objectively reflected the biological behavior of the tumor. There was no significant difference in DI mean between the histological types of osteosarcoma in this group. The DI value increased progressively with histological grade, but it did not show statistical significance. DNA ploidy analysis of osteosarcoma cells can objectively reflect the biological behavior of tumors and provide important biological information for clinical treatment and prognosis.
