目的 探讨治疗Chiari畸形合并脊髓积水的手术方法。方法 19例Chiari畸形合并脊髓积水患者,脊髓空洞腔<5节段3段,5～8节段12例,>8节段4例,伴延髓空洞3例,手术扩大枕大池并切除小脑扁桃体。结果 19例术后患者症状明显好转;MR复查,空洞腔明显缩小。结论 该术式治疗Chiari畸形合并脊髓积水安全、效果好。 Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of Chiari malformation combined with spinal hydrops. Methods Nineteen patients with Chiari malformation combined with spinal cord hydronephrosis were divided into three groups: 5 cases in the cavity of the spinal cavity, 12 cases in the 5 ~ 8 cases, 4 cases in> 8 cases and 3 cases with medullary and pouch obliteration. The operation enlarged the cistern and removed the cerebellar tonsils . Results 19 cases of postoperative symptoms were significantly improved; MR review, empty cavity was significantly reduced. Conclusion The operation of Chiari malformation combined with spinal hydronisis is safe and effective.
