目的了解绵阳市市售蔬菜有机磷农药残留情况。方法全部样品按照GB/T5009.20-2003的方法进行6种有机磷农药的残留检测。结果 2009~2010共检测蔬菜138份,有机磷农药残留总超标率为37.68%,其中叶菜类、根茎类、瓜果蔬菜类和食用菌类超标率分别为51.85%、41.67%、28.13%和25%。不同种类蔬菜超标率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.68,P﹤0.01)。结论绵阳市蔬菜中有机磷农药残留情况较为严重,应加强农药残留的监测工作,推广无公害水果蔬菜。
Objective To understand the residues of organophosphorus pesticides on vegetable in Mianyang City. Methods All samples were tested for residues of 6 organophosphorus pesticides according to the method of GB / T5009.20-2003. Results A total of 138 samples of vegetables were detected from 2009 to 2010, and the total standard deviation of organophosphorus pesticide residues was 37.68%. The over-standard rates of leafy vegetables, rhizomes, fruits, vegetables and edible mushrooms were 51.85%, 41.67% and 28.13%, respectively 25%. The difference of the exceeding standard rates of different types of vegetables was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.68, P <0.01). Conclusion The residues of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables in Mianyang City are more serious. Monitoring of pesticide residues should be strengthened to promote pollution-free fruits and vegetables.
