为研究整体中空夹层复合材料的冲击防护性能,结合冲击试验分析了厚度、基体含量、冲击能量变化对其材料冲击防护性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着材料厚度增加,其冲击防护性能先是有所提升,而后变化趋于平缓;材料的基体含量对冲击防护能力影响明显,在较低冲击能量下,低基体含量就有较高的冲击防护性能,而在较高冲击能量下,只有高基体含量才具有高的冲击防护性能。将整体中空夹层复合材料应用于冲击防护领域时,应根据具体的使用情况设计合理的制作工艺。
In order to study the impact protection performance of the whole hollow sandwich composite, the influence of the change of thickness, matrix content and impact energy on its impact protection performance was analyzed by impact test. The experimental results show that with the increase of material thickness, the impact protection performance first increases and then changes gently. The matrix content of the material has a significant impact on the impact protection ability, and at low impact energy, the content of the low matrix is higher Of the impact protection performance, and at high impact energy, only the high matrix content has a high impact protection. The overall hollow sandwich composite materials used in the field of impact protection, should be based on the specific use of the design of a reasonable manufacturing process.
