围绕四种膦基羧酸类水稳剂:α-氨基己二酸-N,N-二甲叉膦酸(DMPAA)、2,5-二膦基己二酸(DPAA)、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)和α,α’-二氨基己二酸-N,N,N’,N’-四亚甲基膦酸(DAATMP)阻垢性能进行对比实验,对碳酸钙、磷酸钙、磷酸锌等污垢的阻垢性能的评定展开研究。实验结果如下:DPAA对CaCO3垢、Zn3(PO4)2垢的阻垢效果最佳,PBTCA对Ca3(PO4)2垢的阻垢效果的效果最佳。
Around four kinds of phosphine carboxylic acid type water stabilizers: α-aminoadipic acid-N, N-dimethylenephosphonic acid (DMPAA), 2,5-diphosphinoadipic acid (DPAA) Butane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) and α, α’-diaminoadipic acid-N, N, N ’, N’-tetramethylenephosphonic acid (DAATMP) Comparative experiments were conducted to evaluate the scale inhibition performance of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and zinc phosphate. The experimental results are as follows: DPAA has the best scale inhibition effect on CaCO3 scale and Zn3 (PO4) 2 scale, and PBTCA has the best effect on the scale inhibition effect of Ca3 (PO4) 2 scale.
