全面、准确、客观地反映高职专科毕业生的就业状况,不仅需要依据客观的就业率统计数据,还要考虑毕业生薪金水平、就业结构、社会满意度等各方面指标,因此应构建高职院校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,为开展毕业生就业质量的实证研究和评价分析提供科学合理的工具。本文以CS理论为基础,多元线性回归为建模方法,结合高职教育的特点与湖南本省情况,提取最具代表性的指标,深入解读湖南省高职专科毕业生就业质量评价体系的构建,并根据评价结果反馈湖南省高职专科教育发展的整体情况。
To comprehensively, accurately and objectively reflect the employment status of higher vocational college graduates requires not only objective statistics of employment rate, but also the graduates’ salary level, employment structure and social satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to build higher vocational education College graduates employment quality evaluation index system, in order to carry out empirical research and evaluation of graduate employment quality to provide a scientific and rational tool. Based on CS theory and multiple linear regression as modeling methods, this paper extracts the most representative indicators from the characteristics of higher vocational education and the province of Hunan Province, deeply constructs the evaluation system of employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, And according to the evaluation results feedback the overall situation of higher vocational education in Hunan Province.
