Objective To investigate the clinical effects of standard reverse order analgesics on rest pain patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods 140 ASO rest pain patients were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There was no significant difference in sex, age and pain between groups. The experimental group used the standard reverse analgesia program; the control group used the common analgesic program. The differences of rest pain intensity, seizure frequency, duration, anxiety, length of hospital stay, cost and patient satisfaction were observed in two groups. Results The adverse analgesic group was significantly better than the common analgesic group in rest pain and anxiety degree, hospitalization time and patient satisfaction. Conclusion The clinical effect of reverse-phase analgesia is better than the common analgesic scheme, which is recommended for clinical application.
