目的 观察阻塞性黄疸大鼠细胞免疫功能的变化及中药黄芪对其细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :建立阻塞性黄疸大鼠模型 ,腹腔内注射黄芪 (2 5 0 mg/ kg/ d) 2周 ,测定血中 T细胞表型 CD3、CD4、CD8含量和血清白介素 - 2水平 ,并与对照组比较。结果 胆总管结扎 3周后大鼠血中 T细胞表型含量均有所下降 ,其中 CD4减少相对更明显 ,血清 IL - 2水平亦明显下降。腹腔注射黄苑 2周可使大鼠 CD3、CD4和 CD8升高至接近正常 ,纠正 IL - 2产生的受抑状态。结论 阻塞性黄疸时细免疫功能下降 ,辅助性 T淋巴细胞的减少是重要因素 ,黄芪可改善其细胞免疫功能 ,推测黄芪是通过促进 IL - 2的产生实现其药理作用。
Objective To observe the changes of cellular immune function in rats with obstructive jaundice and the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on its cellular immune function. METHODS: A rat model of obstructive jaundice was established and intraperitoneal injection of jaundice (250 mg/kg/d) was performed for 2 weeks to determine the levels of CD3, CD4, CD8 and serum interleukin-2 in the blood T cells, and to compare them with controls. Group comparison. Results After 3 weeks of common bile duct ligation, the T cell phenotypes in the blood of rats decreased. Among them, the decrease of CD4 was more obvious, and the level of serum IL-2 was also decreased. Intraperitoneal injection of Huangyuan for 2 weeks increased the levels of CD3, CD4, and CD8 in rats to nearly normal, and corrected the depressed state of IL-2 production. Conclusions The obstructive jaundice has a decline in fine immune function, and the decrease of helper T lymphocytes is an important factor. Huangqi can improve its cellular immune function. It is speculated that Huangqi can promote the production of IL-2 to achieve its pharmacological effects.
