观察５２例病毒性心肌炎（ＶＭＣ）患者及２４例正常对照者（ＮＣ）外周血自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫＣ）活性及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群百分率与Ｔ辅助细胞／抑制Ｔ细胞（ＴＨ／ＴＳ）比值差异。比较常规疗法及其伍用益心灵口服液对ＶＭＣ患者ＮＫＣ活性及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果表明，ＶＭＣ患者ＮＫＣ活性在急性ＶＭＣ或慢性ＶＭＣ后遗症者均显著低于ＮＣ组（Ｐ＜０００１）；Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群急性ＶＭＣ患者总Ｔ细胞（ＣＤ３）、Ｔ辅助细胞（ＣＤ４，ＴＨ）、抑制Ｔ细胞（ＣＤ８，ＴＳ）、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均显著低于ＮＣ组（Ｐ＜００５～０００１）；而ＶＭＣ后遗症期患者组ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４与ＮＣ组比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５），ＣＤ８显著低于ＮＣ组（Ｐ＜００５），ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值增高（Ｐ＜００５）。常规疗法伍用益心灵口服液可显著改善ＶＭＣ患者ＮＫＣ活性（Ｐ＜０００１），和Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值（Ｐ＜００５，０００１）。表明益心灵口服液具有良好的免疫调节作用。并探讨了伍用益心灵改善ＶＭＣ患者细胞免疫状况可能的作用机理 The peripheral blood natural killer cell (NKC) activity and percentage of T-lymphocyte subsets were compared with T-helper/inhibitor T cell (TH/TS) ratios in 52 patients with viral myocarditis (VMC) and 24 normal controls (NC). .
