以去卵巢荷瘤裸鼠为模型,喂食不同浓度的大豆异黄酮总提取物(6.25,12.5和25g/kg),探讨大豆异黄酮总提取物对雌激素依赖型乳腺肿瘤的影响.用常规免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤细胞核抗原ki-67的表达,Real-Time PCR检测雌激素相关基因pS2表达,化学发光酶免疫法检测裸鼠血清中雌激素的含量.与对照组相比,喂食大豆异黄酮总提取物组裸鼠MCF-7移植瘤体积明显增加(P<0.05),肿瘤细胞增殖能力显著增强(P<0.05),pS2基因的表达增强(P<0.05),同时血清中雌激素的水平也因喂食大豆异黄酮总提取物而升高(P<0.05).因此,在本实验浓度范围内,大豆异黄酮总提取物对去卵巢裸鼠雌激素依赖型乳腺癌细胞移植肿瘤的生长有促进作用。
