选用22月龄SD大白鼠,采用双侧电解损毁脑基底核法制成痴呆模型,然后应用智灵汤进行实验治疗,对照观察痴呆鼠的学习记忆功能。治疗一个月后宰杀做脑M受体、血清酶及电镜下脑组织形态学变化。结果表明智灵汤能明显改善痴呆鼠的学习记忆功能;提高脑M受体数目和M受体的亲和力;降低血清中胆碱脂酶(CHE)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活性与过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,并能明显提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;脑组织的超微结构变化较未用药模型组明显好转。
22-month-old SD rats were selected and dementia models were made by bilaterally damaging brain basal nucleus. Then Zhiling Decoction was used for experimental treatment. The learning and memory function of dementia rats was observed. After one month of treatment, the morphological changes of brain tissue were performed by brain M receptor, serum enzyme and electron microscope. The results show that Zhiling Decoction can significantly improve the learning and memory function of dementia mice; increase the number of brain M-receptors and M-adrenoceptors; and decrease the activity of serum cholinesterase (CHE), monoamine oxidase (MAO) and lipid peroxides. (LPO) content, and can significantly increase the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity; ultrastructural changes in brain tissue than the non-drug model group was significantly better.
