根据《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》的文件要求,全国很多医院都尝试进行了绩效考核改革,但在其实践过程中,医院职能科室的绩效考核由于其考核主观性较强,在实际操作中存在比较多的困难和问题,本文尝试分析医院职能科室考核的难点和问题,并就职能科室绩效考核方案的制定提出看法。
According to the document of the “Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Pharmaceutical and Health System,” many hospitals across the country have attempted to implement performance appraisal reforms. However, in the course of their practice, performance appraisal of the hospital’s functional departments is highly subjective. There are many difficulties and problems in the actual operation. This article attempts to analyze the difficulties and problems in the assessment of the hospital functional departments, and put forward opinions on the formulation of performance assessment programs for the functional departments.
