文章运用1999～2007年的工业普查数据,通过面板数据的计量模型,研究中国出口企业的生产率问题。结果表明,出口企业比非出口企业具有更高的生产率、工资水平、就业人数、利润水平和人均增加值,但是规模相对较小。进一步检验还发现,小型企业出口前的自我选择效应和出口后出口学习效应不明显,大中型企业的自我选择效应和学习效应则更为显著,中国大中型企业的特征更符合新新贸易理论。
The paper uses the industrial census data from 1999 to 2007 to study the productivity of Chinese export enterprises through the measurement model of panel data. The results show that exporters have higher productivity, wage level, employment, profitability and per capita value than non-exporters, but in a relatively small scale. Further tests also found that the effect of self-selection of small-sized enterprises before exporting and the effect of export after exporting are not obvious. The self-selection and learning effects of large and medium-sized enterprises are more significant. The characteristics of Chinese medium and large enterprises are more in line with the new-new trade theory.
