This article discusses the necessity of developing a GSM signaling analyzer and the basic functions it should have and proposes a solution. The functional requirements of the signaling analyzer are based on the actual needs of the Guangdong Mobile Communications Bureau in the operation process. The article also discusses some issues related to the implementation of the instrument, and gives solutions.
