目的:观察旋转磁场对断肢家免的止痛效应。方法:采用行为测痛方法,以饱和KCl溶液电极作用于家免右前肢足背部皮肤刺痛,动物开始出现撤腿反射为痛阈反应指标,测定家免断肢前后痛阈及旋转磁场对其的影响。结果:断肢后比断肢前痛阈明显降低(P<0.01),旋转磁场治疗1周后痛阈又明显升高(P<0.01),而对照组无明显变化。结论:磁疗可缓解疼痛,促进创伤愈合。提示磁疗可作为骨折和创伤止痛的辅助疗法。
Objective: To observe the analgesic effects of rotating magnetic field on limbs. Methods: The behavioral pain method was used.
