在传统的进度管理理论中,占主导地位的是理性的和逻辑的管理方法,把组织看成单一的理性实体,项目经理的计划和指令自上而下被严格传达和执行。然而,在工程管理实践中,项目部其他成员会表现出防卫的态度,甚至冲突与紧张的现象,传统管理理论无法充分理解上述现象,更无法阐明在实际工作中,项目经理如何进行有效进度管理,而微观政治分析恰能满足此需求。文章试图通过相关文献分析,讨论项目部内微观政治的内涵,探讨项目经理在进度管理中的微观政治运作形态,最后阐明项目经理如何运用微观政治策略实现进度管理目标。
In the traditional theory of progress management, which is dominated by rational and logical management methods, the organization as a single rational entity, the project manager’s plans and instructions are strictly conveyed and implemented from top to bottom. However, in the practice of project management, the other members of the project department will show a defensive attitude, even the phenomenon of conflict and tension. The traditional management theory can not fully understand the above phenomenon, and it is impossible to clarify how the project manager can conduct effective progress management in practical work , While micro-political analysis just to meet this demand. The article attempts to analyze and discuss the connotation of micro-politics in the project department through the relevant literature, discuss the micro-political operation mode of the project manager in the progress management, and finally illustrates how the project manager can achieve the goal of progress management by using the micro-politics strategy.
