目的:研究乙醇回流法提取枇杷叶紫珠中苯乙醇苷的优化工艺。方法:以料液比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数为3个考察因素,苯乙醇苷含量为指标,运用响应面分析法中的Doehlert设计法进行试验设计,并采用统计学和数学软件对试验数据进行分析,拟合出苯乙醇苷类的最优提取工艺条件。结果:优选的提取条件为以12倍量90%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论:应用Doehlert设计的响应面优化法具有使用方便、预测性好的特点,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the optimization of the extraction of phenylethanoid glycosides from the loquat leaf purple beads by ethanol reflux. Methods: Taking the ratio of material to liquid, extraction time and ethanol volume fraction as test factors and the content of phenyl ethyl glycoside as indicators, the experiment design was carried out by the Doehlert design method of response surface analysis. The statistical data and the mathematical software were used to analyze the test data Analysis, fitting phenylethanol glycosides optimum extraction conditions. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were extraction twice with 12 times the amount of 90% ethanol reflux for 2 h each time. Conclusion: The response surface optimization method designed by Doehlert is easy to use and has good predictability. It is worth popularizing and applying.
