寻找非特异性的诱导多种抗肿瘤细胞因子产生的免疫刺激物时,发现从人参(Panax ginseng)中分离的抗肿瘤免疫刺激物酸性多糖Ginsan具有这种潜力。本文研究其诱导细胞因子产生及LAK细胞增殖的作用。 酸性多糖Ginsan分子量为150000。主要由蛋白质、已糖、糖醛酸组成,本身无细胞杀伤作用。实验表明,Ginsan与小鼠脾细胞培养5d可使其广泛产生对多种靶细胞均有细胞毒作用的抗肿瘤活性,作用强度是香菇多糖的12倍。去除粘附性巨噬细胞的脾细胞与Ginsan或IL-2γ培养5d后,Ginsan
In the search for non-specific immune stimulators that induce the production of multiple anti-tumor cytokines, it has been found that Ginsan, an acid polysaccharide that is an anti-tumor immune stimulant isolated from Panax ginseng, has this potential. In this article, we investigated the effects of inducing cytokine production and proliferation of LAK cells. The acid polysaccharide Ginsan has a molecular weight of 150,000. It is mainly composed of protein, hexose, uronic acid and has no cell killing effect. Experiments have shown that Ginsan and mouse spleen cells cultured for 5 days can produce a wide range of anti-tumor activity against a variety of target cells, the effect of which is 12 times higher than that of lentinan.
