利用烟气余热预热空气(煤气)的换热器是回收烟气余热行之有效的节能措施。应用换热器后一般燃料节约率可达10%至25%。1981年我厂与北京钢铁设计研究总院共同消化移植了长钢、武钢由日本进口的金属片状预热器。这种预热器传热效率高、气密性好,且采用了波形膨胀器,使用寿命较长。设计金属片状预热器必须考虑燃料节省、运行安全、投资费用回收快等因素。金属片状预热器的翅片管材质如表1。
