利用超高真空镀膜法制备了Zr-Nb-Cu合金系统五个不同成分点多层膜样品,成分点分别为Zr63Nb19Cu18、Zr42Nb19Cu39、Zr41Nb39Cu20、Zr19Nb18Cu63和Zr14Nb70Cu16。对样品进行离子束混合实验及相关表征后发现,Zr-Nb-Cu合金系统能形成非晶态合金,但是Nb元素的加入并不利于非晶形成。Zr19Nb18Cu63和Zr41Nb39Cu20多层膜样品得到了非晶态和固溶体的双相结构,此类双相结构比单一非晶相结构具有更好的力学性能。
Five different layered multi-layer samples of Zr-Nb-Cu alloy system were prepared by ultra-high vacuum deposition method. The components were Zr63Nb19Cu18, Zr42Nb19Cu39, Zr41Nb39Cu20, Zr19Nb18Cu63 and Zr14Nb70Cu16. The sample ion beam mixing experiments and related characterization found that the Zr-Nb-Cu alloy system can form amorphous alloy, but the Nb element is not conducive to the formation of amorphous. Zr19Nb18Cu63 and Zr41Nb39Cu20 multilayered samples obtained amorphous and solid solution of the biphasic structure, such biphasic structure than the single amorphous phase structure has better mechanical properties.
