我院1990年1月至1996年12月期间采用手术加腹腔化疗与全身化疗相结合的方法治疗晚期卵巢癌16例,现报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料 16例患者为我院1990年1月至1996年12月期间住院治疗的晚期卵巢癌患者,其中Ⅲ期11例,Ⅳ期5例;年龄45～70岁,平均年龄57.5岁;平均初潮年龄14.3岁,平均结婚年龄22.6岁,平均妊娠4次,平均生产3.8次,其中绝经4例。二、手术方法手术范围包括:子宫及双侧附件、转移病灶、大网膜及阑尾,同时清扫腹膜后淋巴
